Our design process begins with meeting you preferably in person. Getting to know you is an important part of our entire process. This helps us get a sense of your personal likes and dislikes. We will set aside time to listen and understand your individual needs before making any design decisions. We want you to be happy—after all—it’s all about YOU and your wedding day.
We highly value excellent customer service with real relationships and attention to detail.
We will set up a “time-line” for the completion of the overall design of your pieces AND we will set up a tentative production date (when your invitation pieces should go to print) and establish the mail out dates. Invitations will be printed by a professional printer located in Cincinnati and will be available for pick up unless shipping is required.
Once design is started we will send electronic proofs (pdfs) via email. Nothing is printed until you’re satisfied with the proofs and we have your final approval.

Maybe you already have ideas! If you have a concept that you love and would like a uniquely created design, we will create the perfect invitation that reflects your own individual style. We have so many cute ideas to off er beyond the “usual”.
More Ways to Customize Your Design
A wedding invitation is the first glimpse of your wedding day that your guests will have. Use it to set the tone and bring excitement!
Consider paper choices—backer papers for the invitations, texture, color or special effects like metallic foil or letterpress will add something wonderful to your invitation suite.
Embellishments like ribbons or little crystals adds to the experience of the invitation .
The best part about your invitation suite should be the small touches you include that are super personal and uniquely you.
We are available nearly every day to take your questions. You will be extremely happy with our availability and quick response, we will never leave you hanging. The last thing we want is for you to worry about the status of your invitations; there isn’t anything we can’t resolve.
We will never surprise you with extra fees.
You will know the exact fee before we begin designing. If you’re not sure about the cost of your package, just ask!
